1. chicken breast or any part of chicken meat (no bones please)
  2. finely sliced ginger
  3. brown sugar
  4. finely chopped garlic
  5. soy sauce
  6. finely chopped onion stalk
  7. finely chopped parsley
  8. finely chopped red chili
  9. sesame oil
  10. boiling hot peanut oil

steam the chicken until it’s fully cook. as for the sauce, mix all ingredients 2 – 9. then splash some sesame oil. next, pour a couple of spoon hot peanut oil and mix all together. when the chicken is done, pour the sauce on top of the chicken and serve while it’s hot with rice. yummy!
