simple but totally different experience for my daughter this morning.  it goes with a glass of warm milk… she loved it! well, after getting her consent of course for my stress management in the morning…


  1. pancake mix
  2. chocolate chips
  3. butter

prepare the pancake mix as directed on the box. pour the batter on lightly greased frying pan with butter. then sprinkle few chocolate chips on top of the batter.  When edges are rather dry and bubbles are popping and bottoms are nicely browned, about 2 to 3 minutes, turn over and cook the other side until browned, about 2 minutes longer. serve warm…
