this morning i woke up late… but luckily still enough time to make breakfast for my family… omelette sandwich…

Omelette Sandwich

Ingredients :

  1. 1 egg
  2. tomato, button mushroom and onion (diced)
  3. a pinch of salt and pepper
  4. 1 slice of cheddar cheese
  5. 2 slices of whole grain bread

heat a frying pan. put a small amount of butter to replace oil. mix ingredient 1-3 in a bowl an add a few drops of water (to make the egg fluffy). pour the mixture in the frying pan and let it cook slowly. put the cheese on 1 piece of bread. once the omelette is ready, place it on the cheese. pour some chilli sauce or ketchup and put another piece of bread on top. cut it diagonally… and wa laaa… you get omelette sandwich…

so… you have egg yolk for brain function ‘coz it has choline, tomato for antioxidant, whole grain bread for fiber and other nutrients for a healthy start! enjoy!
