homemade chicken burger

i found the recipe in the net but made a few adjustment according to the ingredients that are available in my hometown. you could include your daughter in preparing the burger. she will definitely enjoys it (my daughter did)…

homemade chicken/beef burger

  1. 1 packet of RAMLI ground chicken/beef meat
  2. 1 pinch of salt
  3. 1 tea-spoon of fresh ground black pepper
  4. a pinch of coriander powder
  5. 1 egg (lightly beaten)

mix all ingredients in a bowl and shape into small balls. then press them to flat and cook on the pre heated frying pan. my daughter managed to make a heart-shaped burger. it was fun!

you could freeze the burgers for later meal. make sure you layer them with plastics!

today is my daughter’s first day of school in second grade. i have ready a great start for her by giving the healthy breakfast which i researched through the net. over the weekends, my daughter and i prepared homemade chicken burger and froze it.
